Today through Saturday, the Henrico County Public School system will host one of two site visits nationwide by the National School Board Association (NSBA). Dozens of school leaders from across the nation are expected to attend, according to a Richmond.com article. The NSBA chose Henrico because of its Teaching and Learning Technology Initiative, which provided Apple iBooks to all of its high school students and teachers. Henrico is the first school district in Virginia to be recognized by the NSBA, which has conducted annual visits since 1985.
