Another day, another lawsuit. A company called Innovative Automation has filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming the company’s iCloud service infringes on two of its patents, reports “The MacObserver” (www.macobserver.com).

Both patents are for a “method and system for supplying products from pre-stored digital data in response to demands transmitted via a computer network.” Innovative Automation has also filed a suit against Amazon over the company’s Cloud Player service, notes “The MacObserver.”
