The former (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1386) adds RAW image compatibility for new cameras to Aperture 3 and iPhoto ’11. It’s a 6.62MB download and requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or higher.
ProKit 7.0 (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1385) resolves a number of minor issues, according to Apple. It’s a 15.7MB download and requires Mac OS X 10.6.6 or higher.
You can obtain the updates via the System Preferences component of the Mac OS X Systems Preferences app.
