11.6-inch Apple laptop coming?

Quanta has reportedly landed orders for 11.6-inch MacBooks from Apple, reports “DigiTimes” (http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20100923PD222.html). Shipments of 11.6-inch MacBooks are expected to top 400,000-500,000 units in 2010, the article says.

Quanta is expected to ship a total of 13-13.2 million notebooks in the third quarter, says “DigiTimes.” That’s down 3-5% from 13.7 million units shipped in the second quarter. The company shipped 3.6 million notebooks in July and 4.4 million units in August.

‘MacVoices’ looking at taking control of PDF Pen 5

On the new MacVoices (“MacVoices”), Michael Cohen, the author of the brand new “Take Control of PDF Pen 5” book, starts out by reviewing the history of the PDF, a file format most Mac users encounter every day, but may not fully understand.
