Apple is now taking pre-orders for Logic 7.1 and Logic Express 7.1, the next versions of the company’s powerful music creation applications. The updates cost US$19.95 and will ship in 2-3 weeks on a disc, according to the Apple Store. Logic 7.1 will offer expanded Apple Loops integration, new Bass Amp and hybrid synthesizer plug-ins, full native plug-in delay compensation, easier re-ordering of plug-ins and more. Logic Express 7.1 will include enhanced Apple Loops authoring, new plug-in effects and software instruments, easier re-ordering of plug-ins and more.
