Sophisticated Circuits today released the PowerKey Pro 650 “Admin”, its latest intelligent, programmable power strip. The Admin model features automatic crash/restart detection, as well as the same features as the standard (“SOHO”) PowerKey Pro 650: six individually controllable AC outlets, abuilt-in clock with scheduling capabilities, and a built-in telephone interface that allows remote control via phone tones. Wildform releases Flix Lite for Mac

Wildform has announced the release of Flix Lite, a “lite” version of the company’s Flix Pro Flash video encoder. Flix Lite will allow users to output both the new Flash MX video and the older Flash 3-6 video for the Web, CD-ROMs, or to encode video for use in the Flash authoring tool. Flix Lite sells for US$49 and a demo is available.
