The Omni Group today announced a significant new release of their diagramming and concept visualization application, OmniGraffle. Version 5 has increased layout speed and new automatic layout options with the addition of the Graphviz layout engine. Many of the standard OmniGraffle tools are more powerful, including the line tools which can now create Bézier curves, making drawing and connecting objects more flexible. Additionally, the toolbar has been updated for easy access to common text and object formatting options.

The Omni Group has announced the availability of OmniGraffle 4.2, the final release of the outliner in its 4.x product line. The Omni Group today announced the release of OmniGraffle 4.1 and OmniGraffle Professional 4.1. This new version features a number of bug fixes, improved stability, updated localizations, and readies the application for compatibility with future Mac hardware based on Intel processors. OmniGraffle 4 is priced at US$79.95, and OmniGraffle 4 Professional is $149.95.

The Omni Group has released OmniGraffle 3.2 and OmniGraffle 3.2 Professional, free updates to the company’s diagramming and drawing applications for Mac OS X. The new versions include Japanese, German, French, and Italian localizations. Version 3.2 also provides support for the OmniOutliner 3 file format, and offers improvements to the Action inspector, and a number of overall fixes. OmniGraffle 3 is US$69.95, and OmniGraffle 3 Professional is $119.90.

The Omni Group has released a beta version of OmniGraffle 3.2, its diagramming and drawing program. Version 3.2 beta now supports the OmniOutliner 3 file format, which means OmniOutliner 3 files can be imported into OmniGraffle. Other improvements include a reworked interface for the Action inspector.
