Chromakey plug-in gets 64-bit update
Digital Anarchy has announced a 64-bit release to their Primatte Chromakey plug-in. Primatte 3.5 adds compatibility for Adobe Photoshop CS5 and 64-bit operation on Mac and Windows systems.

Safari AutoFill can be exploited by malicious web sites
A flaw in the implementation of Safari’s AutoFill mechanism can be exploited to grab Mac users’ names, street addresses, and e-mail addresses. Apparently, the web browser will give away a user’s Mac OS X Address Book data if asked by a malicious web site.

Apple patent is for audio player with monophonic mode control
The patent is for an audio player includes an audio headset having two earpieces. A playback circuit provides one of a stereophonic program and a monaural program to the audio headset. The monaural program may be created by mixing channels of the stereophonic program. A mode control is coupled to the playback circuit and to the audio headset. The mode control detects when at least one of the two earpieces is not adjacent a listener’s ear and causes the playback circuit to deliver the monaural program to the audio headset.
