Review: Sling Bag for iPad offers no frills but works great

I’ve reviewed so many iPad cases and sleeves that they’ve all started blurring together. Until I received the US$19.99 Kensington Sling Bag for iPad (http://us.kensington.com/html/17711.htm), the first such bag I’ve seen up close and personal for Apple’s new table device. I’m sure others are on the way, but this is an inexpensive, no-frills and solid product.

Review: EyeTV HD a must-have for watching TV on your Mac

Add the new EyeTV HD from Elgato (http://www.elgato.com) to my list of must-have accessories to turn my 27-inch iMac into a true multimedia viewing/creation system. It joins the Kanex HD (which lets me watch Blu-ray movies on my Mac) and the Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000A (a combo video/still camera with some Mac specific features).

Freshly Squeezed Reviews: not-so-Goodsync

With the advent of the iPhone, and now the ubiquitous iPad, I can get a lot more work done because I’m no longer chained to my desktop. However, I need my files to be synchronized no matter what device I’m using to keep my workflow intact. And that’s where GoodSync (http://www.goodsync.com) enters the picture.

Review: Eye-Fi Pro is feature-rich, wireless SDHC card

By Brad Moore

The Eye-Fi Pro from Eye-Fi Inc. (http://www.eyefi.fi) is the latest, most feature-rich wireless SDHC card in the Eye-Fi lineup — and it should be given that it costs quite a bit more than your typical 4-GB SD card.

Setup is easy: Plug the card into your computer using the supplied card reader, install the software, set up your account, tweak your settings, stick the card in your camera, and snap away.
