Designed specifically for toddlers, the free app is designed to allow children discover hidden items and complete fun farm activities in a barnyard full of cute characters and silly scenery. Toddlers simply touch characters and scenery to fill them with color.
Lex Friedman and Marco Tabini have teamed up for Let’s Sing. It’s a $4.99 music game for iPhone that combines the fun of karaoke or singing in the shower with Name That Tune. Players sing a song for their friends and family, but can’t use the words. Instead they whistle, hum, or la-la-la their way through the tune they choose for up to 30 seconds, and then send their recording on to their friends. If the latter can guess the song, both players earn coins.
Avenza Systems (http://www.avenza.com) — a developer of cartographic software such as MAPublisher for Adobe Illustrator and Geographic Imager geospatial tools for Adobe Photoshop — has partnered with Mapmobility, a Canadian producer of printed urban mapping products to announce the largest offering of Canadian digital maps for consumer use on the iOS platform.
