UltraShare NS is a network storage platform that offers both file and block-level storage capabilities in one system. It provides unified network storage solutions for collaborative Mac, Windows and Linux workgroups.
UltraStor NS features a dual, mirrored 64-bit embedded environment and offers industry features such as device-to-device data replication, volume encryption, snapshots, high availability (HA) clustering and powerful built-in backup services. It’s designed for distributed computing environments, file sharing, broadcasting, video surveillance, disk based backup and cloud storage applications.
The UltraStore DS316F8 is a dual controller, 8G Fibre video storage platform designed for high resolution editing, grading and visual effects creation. An active-active, dual 8G, 8-channel, Fibre controller system design provides users with continuous availability of media files at data transfer rates up to 1800MB/second in RAID 5 mode.
A dual-port, 6G SAS expansion bus offers growth capabilities by simply adding multiple 16-disk expansion nodes (up to 192TB). The DS316F8 features a self monitoring thermal controlled cooling system that provides a balance of cooling and fan-speed noise for sensitive studio environments.
