A busy week is scheduled for this week at Mac User Groups around the world as evidenced by “The MUG Event Calendar.”

Apple Field Engineering Manager Greg Willmore will present Mac OS X 10.7 (“Lion”) at a group in Ohio, Adam Engst and Chuck Joiner will be the virtual guests of an Oregon group, and developer Steve Shepard will show off Storyist at a California group. Other topics on this week’s agenda include iCloud, podcasting, running a paperless home, Drobox, image editing, etc.

“The MUG Event Calendar” can be found at The MUG Center (http://www.mugcenter.com), an online resource for Mac User Groups. MUGs are good places for making new friends in the Mac community, improving your computing skills, finding solutions to technical problems, and perhaps locating a good deal on used hardware. For more info on MUGs, and to find the location of the one nearest you, go to Apple’s MUG page (http://www.apple.com/usergroups/).
