You can take photos from app camera and attach different effects to photos. Camera PRO features 10 XCOLOR photo effects. Users can optimize photos directly from the application or load them from Photo Library. The iPhone version is US$2.99; the iPad version costs $5.99.
Flat Earth Studio has released The I Ching or Book of Changes 1.0 for iOS devices. This $4.99 app includes Princeton University Press’ edition of “The I Ching, or Book of Changes,” by Richard Wilhelm, edited by Hellmut Wilhelm and translated by Cary F. Baynes. Included are nteractive features, such as a coin and yarrow stalk oracles, an integrated journal, and advanced options for analyzing the hexagram structure.
Elevate Entertainment and Playpen Games have introduced Crocodile Crossing 1.0, a family oriented game for the iPhone and iPad. In the US$1.99 game, the pigs need your help to make it home. Bounce the pigs across dangerous waters to get them to safety and keep them from becoming crocodile dinner.
Bzuka Games has debuted Castle Hustle 1.0, an adventure game for the iPhone and iPod touch. In the app, you explore, avoid dangers, find keys, open doors, collect portal gemstones and make your way to escape the castle you’re trapped in. Castle Hustle is free and comes with two entry-level castles. An additional four castles are available through in-app purchase for $0.99.
Synendo has rolled outMusic Party DJ 1.0, a music jukebox app for iOS. It allows users to play music and share their playlists with their friends at a party or gathering. Users and their friends can influence the music being played on the sound system by entering their votes and requesting songs right on their mobile phones. Music Party is the limited version, which is the companion app for Music Party DJ. Friends choose to connect via the full Music Party DJ version. Through Sept. 18 Music Party DJ is being offered at a 33% discount. It will sell for $1.99 instead of its regular price of $2.99. Music Party is the free limited version of the app.
Blue-island has unleashed Halloween Defence 1.0, a shooting and defense-oriented game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. You use the cannons to y smash the pumpkins to stop their raid on the village. Players can control a total of five cannons to repel the attacking pumpkins. Players can also use the SkyCamera offering overhead views of the ground from the sky to verify the locations of the pumpkins. For a limited time Halloween Defence is being offered for $0.99, 50% off the regular price.
Asobu Games has cooked up Ninja Tap HD 1.0 for the iPad. In the $0.99 game, ninjas are invading your village You need to wipe out as many as possible within the time limit. Collect coins for bonus points, hit the ninja archers to extend your game time, and make sure to avoid hitting the townsfolk.
Zeronana has served up Bompin, a $0.99 multistage jumping game for the iPhone and iPad. In the game you create bomb blasts and fly through the sky by touch and flick. The objective of the game is to reach the goal before your health runs out. Every bomb blast costs you damage, so try to use less bombs. Collect as many coins as possible to hit the high score.
Glyfyx has developed Alphabuild, an alphabet arcade game for iOS. The $0.99 game takes place in a whimsical letter factory, where players must capture objects from a conveyor to complete the alphabet. Six visual themes and a range of game settings allow players to customize and fine tune their game experience. Players collect power-ups, pop bonus bubbles, and earn stars and points along the way.
