GeekSuit has announced Client Folder Maker 4.0 for Mac OS X (10.5 or later), an update to their folder creation and management utility.

Designed to automate the process of starting a new job folder for a client, Client Folder Maker will generate any hierarchy of documents and support folders that are preset by the user. It supports unlimited hierarchy templates or presets, and is targeted to desktop publishers, attorneys, prepress operators, consultants, web designers, and others who regularly create new job folders for their clients.

Client Folder Maker invoked via a menu item, or keyboard shortcut, the utility also accommodates auto-incrementing and limited AppleScript, PHP, Bash, and Shell scripts within presets. Users fill in the client name and job number text fields, and hit the create folder button. Client Folder Maker will create a preset folder hierarchy based on the client’s name and job number, with all the support folders inside.

Client Folder Maker 4.0 costs US$9.99 and is available worldwide exclusively through the Mac App Store in the Productivity category. The full version is also available as a 15-day free trial, which can be downloaded directly from Client Folder Maker online (http://clientfoldermaker.com/).
