Apple has released Mac OS X 10.6.4. It’s a 315.5MB download. You can obtain it via the Software Updates component of the Mac OS X System Preferences app.

According to Apple’s release notes, Mac OS X 10.6.4 includes Safari 5 and general operating system fixes that enhance the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac, including fixes that:

° Resolve an issue that causes the keyboard or trackpad to become unresponsive;

° Resolve an issue that may prevent some Adobe Creative Suite 3 applications from opening;

Several airlines offers in-flight Wi-Fi, iPads

CheapOair (http://www.CheapOair.com/), an online travel agency, says several of their airline partners now offer in-flight Wi-Fi and the iPad.

CheapOair is partnered with the airlines listed in the in-flight Wi-Fi category: Gogo In-flight Internet from Aircell LLC, an airline wireless internet provider. Some airplanes within the following fleets offer wireless: US Airways, AirTran Airways, Virgin America, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines. Other airlines expected to provide Wi-Fi include Continental and Frontier.

Art Files now supports Adobe CS5

Code Line (http://www.code-line.com) has updated Art Files, the file collection utility for Adobe Illustrator documents, to version 2.0. It adds Adobe Creative Suite CS5 compatibility.

It also sports new features such as Cover Flow, Quick Look and a new “Locate” interface to help users find missing linked images. Art Files is a stand-alone application that automates the task of collecting Illustrator documents, linked images and fonts for graphics files. It can collect several documents at once.

Invoices 2.6.3 for Mac OS X is a maintenance release

Tension Software has updated Invoices (http://www.pomola.com/products_invoices/invoices.html), a native Cocoa application to create and manage invoices in Mac OS X, to version 2.6.3. It’s a maintenance release with some bug fixes and performance tweaks.

Invoices (US$40) allows you to create a new invoices with all data without using the keyboard, only with the mouse and all from a single panel view. You can make two different type of invoices, Plain and Table, where description of sold goods and services can be managed in a different way.
