Instaviz now supports iPhone 4, iOS 4

Pixelglow Software has updated Instaviz (http://instaviz.com), diagram sketching software for the iPhone and iPod touch, to version 1.9. The upgrade adds support for the iPhone and iOS 4.

Instaviz uses a new shape recognition engine based on advanced fuzzy logic and trained on over 2,500 sketches drawn by real users. It’s the “sidekick” of Instaviz on the Mac OS X and Windows platforms. Users can extract their Instaviz diagrams by selecting them from their iPhone and iPod touch backups, then exporting or printing them.

‘iFixIt’ tears down the iPhone 4

The gang at “iFixIt’ have torn down the iPhone 4. They say Apple definitely spent time giving the phone a thorough makeover, meticulously changing every little facet.

° Like the iPhone 3G and 3GS, there are two silver Phillips screws at the bottom of the phone. But removing these screws releases the rear case instead of the front glass, giving you immediate access to the battery.
