Thursby Software announces new product: ADmitMac for PIV

Thursby Software Systems announced today that it
is extending the ADmitMac® product line with the
introduction of ADmitMac for PIV.

ADmitMac for PIV (ADPIV) securely integrates U.S.
Government Personal Identity Verification (PIV)
cards with Apple Macintosh computers. The
software provides a single sign-on environment,
verifying a PIV card against a centralized
network authority.

ADmitMac for PIV includes Thursby’s SMB/CIFS
implementation for bidirectional file and
printing sharing with Microsoft networks.

FUNDimensions updated to 7.4

FUNDimensions has just released version 7.4 of their flagship
fundraising product. FUNDimensions 7.4 includes several enhancements
to the Event Management module. The enhancements is designed to make
it easier to set up a new event, assign donors to groups, teams,
tables or other seating, and track fundraising results in real-time.

This is in addition to printing of tickets, name tags and placecards,
thank you note facilities, and event reporting. The folks
at FUNDimensions are offering an US$1,000 price drop on all new

Adobe is introducing Photoshop Marketplace to its customers,
connecting them directly to the Photoshop community and helping
extend the value of their Adobe software purchase, the company says.

Photoshop Marketplace is a centralized hub on Adobe.com where
visitors can find the most up-to-date listing of Photoshop resources
including products, tools, services, communities and events.

In Tankz you control one of three futuristic
hover tanks in a non-stop battle against enemy

Enemy tanks patrol areas of each level, but if
you get too close or shoot them from the
distance, they will hunt you down and destroy
you. Watch out for enemy proximity mines that get
dropped around the level.

Servoy releases iPhone app builder

Servoy, a platform provider for SaaS solutions, has introduced a free
Phone application builder that allows end-users to create custom
iPhone applications “on-the-fly” without programming knowledge and
deploy them enterprise-wide. The application, available here
(http://www.servoy.com/iphone), runs on any SQL database (internal,
hosted over the Internet or on a local machine) and each separate
iPhone form created in the application designer can be based on
different databases or tables.

The main “builder” application is a mini-IDE.
