iCloseBy.com has released iMarkMySpot (http://www.icloseby.com/), a
new app for the iPhone that’s used to “one-touch” geotag and geocode
digital photos withGPS locations. It uses the built-in GPS
functionality of the iPhone to store exact waypoint locations.
iMarkMySpot is a free download from the Apple App Store.

Stored waypoint locations can then be emailed to any address as a
standard GPX-formatted file, compatible with many photography and
mapping software packages.

Mundue.net has released its third iPhone and iPod touch application:
iKeno (http://www.ikenogame.com), a full simulation of the casino
numbers game.

In this version of the Keno game, you play 1-10 spots, wagering up to
five tokens per game. Match enough numbers, and watch your winnings
amass, based upon the payout tables.

Tap to choose your own numbers, or let the Quick Pick features choose
them for you. You can use the Replay button to play them again. And
you can turn on optional sounds. Tilt you device if you prefer a
landscape display.

Yenco has just has released Agenda 4.0.3
(http://www.yenco.com/agenda/), an update of the Mac OS X (10.4 and
higher) app that keeps track of your events and tasks, lets you enter
your thoughts, and create calendar or journal websites.

The upgrade fixes a usage log entry error where the incorrect
location was stated when creating the Agenda data file, makes a minor
visual adjustment to the roll up size of the small Agenda window,
adds the ability to click on the start and end date text in iEvents
to bring up the pick date dialog, improves iCal import speed, adds a
preference

Parliant Corporation has launched CurbTalker
(http://www.curbtalker.com/), an audio listing service (IVR hotline)
for real estate brokers that helps them determine which ads generate
leads. It logs callers for call-back and produces color reports.

CurbTalker answers calls from prospects, delivers property
information, and transfers the potential buyer to an agent’s
cellphone or takes a message. CurbTalker tracks the ads callers
respond to and creates per-property and brokerage-wide reports.

Sonic Boom (http://www.sonicboommedia.com), a developer and publisher
of personalized mobile entertainment, has announced that it has
launched the first ringtone maker for the iPhone, ToneMaker with
Voice. It allows users to create original iPhone ringtones using a
selection of music tracks in various genres — hip-hop, rock,
reggaeton, pop, country, electronic and more — while recording and
mixing in their own voices on top of the tracks.

ToneMaker has been previously available exclusively on Verizon
Wireless.
