Solar Power for Apple MacBook Air
Apple Juicz Charges and Powers Simultaneously

WICHITA, Kan. –06/17/2008– QuickerTek, the leader in wireless Apple
products, announces the Apple Juicz – a new way to power the Apple MacBook
Air using solar power. Three models are priced from $500 to $1,000 USD and
fold to a convenient 10.5 size and come with a Element carry bag. These
solar panels charge the MacBook Air while in use.

Apple Juicz MacBook Air Solar Charger is a major breakthrough in that it
both powers and charges the MacBook Air simultaneously. The MacBook Air has
a non-removeable battery, so alternative power options are welcomed by
users, especially ‘green’ renewable options.

There are three different solar panels:

19 watt model
recharges the Air in 14 hours, unfolds to 30.5 x 30 inches;

29 watt model
recharges the Air in 8 hours, unfolds to 41.5 x 30.5 inches;

58 watt model
recharges the Air in 5 hours, unfolds to 60 x 42 inches

All models require an upgraded MagSafe power adapter. QuickerTek can either
modify the customer’s adapter for $25, or we can sell a previously-modified
MagSafe power apapter for $100. Either way, military-spec parts are used to
fortify the design physically, as well as upgrade it for solar power use.
Compatibility with a stock MacBook Air is maintained.

19 watt model, folds to 10.5 x 6.5 x 0.6 inches, $500 USD
29 watt model, folds to 10.5 x 9.3 x 0.75, $600 USD
58 watt model folds to 10.5 x 9.3 x 2.8, $1,000 USD

Like most QuickerTek products, the Apple Juicz MacBook Air Solar Charger is
backed with a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Additional product
