MacPractice announces Leopard updates

MacPractice has announced MacPractice version 2.2.18 with Leopard compatibility. The update will be automatically distributed via Internet to 1,500 healthcare offices currently using MacPractice software starting next week. Also announced was Leopard support for MacPractice 3, which is currently being introduced into some clients’ offices.

MacSpeech releases ScriptPak for RouteBuddy

MacSpeech has released a new ScriptPak for RouteBuddy (US$15), the popular mapping and GPS navigation software for Mac. The new ScriptPak adds over 60 commands to iListen, allowing users to do virtually anything in RouteBuddy they would normally do using the keyboard or menus. ScriptPaks work with MacSpeech’s flagship product, iListen, whose TalkAnywhere technology allows users to dictate anywhere they would normally type.
