As noted earlier today, two former Apple executives have been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission over the options backdating scandal. Now, Apple’s ex-CFO Fred Anderson has said through his attorney, Jerome Roth, that CEO Steve Jobs was warned of the “options grant in question would need to be priced based on the date of the actual agreement from the board of directors,” reports MarketWatch.
