IDG World Expo, organizers of Macworld Expo, have said that pre-registrations are up 28% over last year, reports Macworld UK. “The show will hold 400 exhibitors and see hundreds of new product launches, the organizers said. They also promise an extensive selection of conference and seminar sessions. Major exhibitors include the biggest names in tech, such as Adobe, Canon, Epson, FileMaker, HP, Microsoft, Nikon, Quark, Xerox and many others,” notes the story. Macworld Conference & Expo takes place at San Francisco’s Moscone Center and runs from January 8-12. Macworld UK also notes that Apple CEO Steve Jobs’ keynote (January 9th at 9:00 a.m. PT) is scheduled to last two hours, up from its usual hour and a half.
