MCE ships 160GB Internal SATA drive upgrade for MacBook Pro

MCE Technologies has added a 160GB Serial-ATA hard drive with a fast 5400 RPM rotational speed to their MobileStor-S lineup of hard drive upgrades for the MacBook Pro, MacBook, and Mac mini. The MCE MobileStor-S 160GB/5400RPM drive is the highest performance, highest capacity drive available for the Apple MacBook Pro and includes an 8MB cache buffer, according to the company. The drive has a suggested retail price of US$299 and is available for immediate shipment.

ThinkMac Software releases InstantGallery 1.5

ThinkMac Software today announced the release of InstantGallery 1.5, the latest update to the company’s Web gallery creation software. Version 1.5 adds two highly requested features and includes a French localization (others languages will be available soon). These include the ability to save and reopen galleries so users can easily maintain multiple Web galleries without having to start from scratch each time they want to modify one. All aspects of the gallery including watermarks and additional navigation are saved.
