REAL announces Rapid Release plans for REALbasic 2005

REAL Software today announced that REALbasic 2005 will ship next month and will be updated every 90 days via the company’s Rapid Release Model. This model is detailed in a new white paper, “The Rapid Release Model for Software Development,” available from REAL Software. “Although this model has been used by companies that sell software as a service, like salesforce.com, this is new ground for companies that sell packaged software, like REALbasic,” stated Geoff Perlman, president and CEO of REAL Software.
