MARKZWARE UNVEILS MUST-HAVE UPGRADE TO
FLIGHTCHECK PROFESSIONAL

feature-rich update to FlightCheck. This free update is available for both
FlightCheck Professional and FlightCheck Designer for Macintosh and Windows
platforms.
The patented, pre-eminent quality control program has been saving users
millions of dollars since it’s inception to the market in 1995. The
popularity of PDF standards and multiple shorter-run digital print jobs
have contributed to the increased importance of properly prepared files.
FlightCheck users have realized increased profitability by having a quality
control check at the beginning, middle and end of the print production
process. The application includes checks for a plethora of layout
applications and digital files of many types including PDF, with the
ability to check over 250 various items.
This release of FlightCheck 5.6 now expands and improves the solution in
several areas. In addition to compatibility upgrades for Macintosh OS X
Tiger and QuarkXPress 6.5, FlightCheck’s new enhancements are:
– Brand new Ground Control for detecting embedded fonts in native files
– Improved accuracy for reading Illustrator CS EPS files
– Improved support for fonts activated through Extensis Suitcase
– Detection of Pantone colorized text for both InDesign and QuarkXPress
– Detection of boxes with a ‘Content Of None’ in QuarkXPress
In addition, there have been over 25 customer reported problems that have
been fixed and optimized in this free update.
FlightCheck Professional v.5.6 is available free of charge, to registered
users of FlightCheck Professional v5.5. The upgrade from v4.5-5.6 is $199.
