The User Group has 400 registered members of 14 different nationalities, including Japan, South Korea, the United States and several European countries. “I think most people have a hopelessly outdated view of China,” said Wang Jing, one of the group’s members. “What we’re seeing is a new generation that doesn’t know anything about the hardships of the past and that is keen to make its own mark. Among it are many who know about Apple’s reputation for style and quality.”
