EarthLink today announced its financial results for its fourth quarter that ended December 31, 2003. A few of the highlights include: revenues of US348.6 million, an increase of 0.2 percent from the same period a year ago; earnings before interest income and expense, income taxes, depreciation and amortization, and facility exit costs (adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure) of $36.5 million compared to $20.2 million from the fourth quarter 2002; and a net income of $10.7 million, or $0.07 per share, compared to a loss of ($36.9) million, or ($0.24) per share, for the same period last year. In addition, the company reports a net subscriber growth of 248,000 in the quarter and 219,000 for the full year.
