Microsoft’s Mac unit commissions survey on email

Microsoft’s Macintosh Business Unit (MacBU) has released the results of a recent survey it conducted regarding users email habits. Among the findings are that the most common reason people say “oops” after sending an email is that they forget to include an attachment they intended to send with the message.
