Microsoft’s Macintosh Business Unit (MacBU) has released the results of a recent survey it conducted regarding users email habits. Among the findings are that the most common reason people say “oops” after sending an email is that they forget to include an attachment they intended to send with the message. Another very common error is replying to all instead of just the sender. The full details of the study are available from Microsoft’s Web site. In addition, the same survey can be still be taken by those interested in participating.
