Use an XBox controller on your Mac

Inside Mac Games notes a free HID (Human Interface Device) driver that allows you to use a standard XBox controller in Mac OS X. “While it currently only supports gamepads, this driver can be extended to support other XBox devices, including wheels, IR receivers, headsets, and memory units,” said Darrell Walisser, devolper of the driver. A USB adapter is also required in order to hook an XBox controller to a Mac.

Aqua Data Studio adds new database features

AquaFold today announced the release of Aqua Data Studio 3.0, the latest vesion of its universal database tool for building, managing and maintaining enterprise relational databases. The new version includes support for Informix Dynamic Server and Sybase Anywhere, a Table Data Editor that allows developers to graphically edit data in tables, and new SQL automation features that help speed up the writing of SQL statements.
