iPods return to Target

Target is once again selling Apple’s iPod after it stopped carrying the digital music player in April. According to Target’s Web site, the retailer is offering the new third generation iPods, with the 10GB version being sold at its brick and mortar stores. The 10, 15 and 30GB models are all available on its online store.

OWC ships 7200RPM Mercury On-The-Go drive

Other World Computing (OWC) today announced that it is now shipping a 7200RPM version of its 60GB Mercury On-The-Go portable hard drive. The new 7200RPM drives features 8MB of cache and are available with either a FireWire-only interface (US$419.97) or with both FireWire and USB interfaces ($429.99). OWC’s Mercury On-The-Go drives measure 3.5 x 5.5 x 1.0 inches and weigh 11 ounces.
