Acme Made updates iCover for new PowerBooks

Acme Made has announced the iCover II, the newest addition to its line of screen protectors for PowerBooks and iBooks. The iCover, made from soft micro suede fabric, protects a laptop’s display from dirt and oils that build up on the keyboard and are subsequently transferred to the screen when the laptop is closed. The new product was redesigned specifically to meet the needs of Apple’s aluminum PowerBooks.

Democratic presidential candidates prefer PCs

Democratic presidential candidates were asked one very important question last night at the Rock the Vote debate in Boston: Mac or PC? Of those that answered the audience question, Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean said PC, Former U.S. Senator Carol Moseley Braun said PC, and U.S. REP. Dennis Kucinich also said PC. The only candidate that said he uses a Mac was the reverend Al Sharpton. U.S. Senator Joe Lieberman said he uses a wireless handheld, while the other three candidates didn’t respond.
