Oregon Scientific today announced the release of what it says is the world’s thinnest 1.3 megapixel digital camera. The new flash “thincam” measures in at 3.3″ x 2.2″ x .2″ and weighs 2.3 ounces, and the self-contained rechargeable 48mAH lithium polymer battery provides enough power to capture approximately 500 shots between recharges. The new digital camera is priced at US$149.95.
