SpeedLegal today announced the release of SmartPrecedent 3, the latest version of the company’s XML-based document automation software. SmartPrecedent allows lawyers and contracts managers to generate standard agreements using a simple Web-based interview. At the end of each interview, the user gets a tailored document that can be viewed in Internet Explorer, Mozilla or Safari, edited in Microsoft Word, printed as a PDF, or fed directly into other enterprise applications in XML.
