Martian Technology today announced two new models of its Martian NetDrive wireless file serving device. The new models include a 120GB model (US$479) and a Kit edition ($379), allowing you to add your own hard drive to the wirelessly-connected enclosure. The Martian NetDrive combines “a hard drive with a small, silent, low-power case and an 802.11b wireless network interface, making them the world’s first wirelessly-connected network storage devices. The Martian NetDrive Wireless allows users to share music, digital photos, and other documents over a network without the expense and noise of leaving a PC on at all times acting as a fileserver.”
