Microsoft to reaffirm Mac commitment

During an April 10 presentation at its Mountain View, California campus, Microsoft will reaffirm its commitment to the Mac, according to Macworld UK. In 1997, Microsoft agreed to invest US$150 million in Apple and pledged to develop a Mac version of Office for five years. That agreement expires later this summer. Also at next week’s presentation, Microsoft is expected to better outline how Macs figure into its .Net strategy.
