Apple posts French iPod fix
Apple has released iPod 1.2.2 Updater for European markets only. The update keeps the device from producing more than the 100 decibel maximum allowed under French law. Last week, c|net reported that Apple had stopped shipments and pulled iPods from stores in France because of the law.
