Chaotic Software today released MP3 Rage 5.3, the latest version of its popular MP3 tag editor application. The update includes support for eliminating duplicates in the MP3 Cataloger, the ability to edit the compilation tag used by iTunes, and improved handling of malformed ID3 tags generated by some Windows-based MP3 software. MP3 Rage is available for Mac OS 9 or higher and Mac OS X, priced at US$24.95.
