Digidesign has announced Pro Tools 6.0 for Mac OS X, the latest version of the company’s powerful audio editing solution geared for audio professionals. The update will include several new features and improvements, including native Mac OS X Support, a streamlined new look for the Mix, Edit, and Transport windows, improved organization, enhanced MIDI functionality, including full support for Mac OS X’s Core MIDI Services, and increased mixing options. Pro Tools 6.0 is scheduled to ship at the end of this year.
