Bookends 7.2.4 offers new features, fixes

Sonny Software has released Bookends 7.2.4, an update to the company’s bibliography, reference and information management system. In addition to several bug fixes, new features with this release include a Paste Without Styles menu option, improved Find Dialog, more flexible import filters, expanded formatting options, and more. Bookends 7.2.4 is priced at US$99 ($69 for students), with a special price to EndNote users who switch to Bookends, for $69 ($49 students).

Apple iSync Uninstall 1.0 available

Apple has posted iSync Uninstall 1.0 on it’s Web site, as noted by MacUpdate. The utility will remove files associated with the use of iSync Beta software, including the main application, libraries, frameworks, installation receipts, user-associated files and files related to the use of HotSync software within iSync. Apple notes that subsequent releases of iSync may require users to remove iSync Beta before installing a later version.
