Intech updates hard disk tools, introduces test suite

Intech Software Corporation today released Hard Disk SpeedTools 3.5, an updated version of its disk formatting and test utility software for Mac OS 8/9 and Mac OS X. Version 3.5 adds two new benchmark applications for Mac OS X, support for ATA-6 extended drives over 128GB (Classic only), support for the latest G4 models, and additional improvements. In addition, the company has introduced the SpeedTools Test Suite, a US$19.95 package offering a variety of benchmark applications for Mac OS 8/9 and Mac OS X. HardDisk SpeedTools 3.5 sells for $59.95, which includes free updates for life.
