Roxio’s Premier CD Burning Software for Macintosh

from Adaptec, is now shipping the new Toast 5 Titanium in the US. Customers
can purchase the product at their local computer retail store for a
suggested retail price of $99 or direct from Roxio at www.roxio.com.

The new Toast 5 Titanium boasts a totally new user interface specifically
designed for use on Mac OS X, the ability to burn CDs in the background,
automatic MPEG encoding for burning iMovies onto VideoCDs for playback in
most DVD players, and support for most DVD-RAM and DVD-R/RW drives.

In addition to the new features listed above, Toast 5 Titanium now includes
all the tools needed for complete CD mastering, including iView Multimedia,
the easiest way for professionals and consumers to organize images, photos,
movies, sounds, fonts and files. Users can create thumbnail catalogs,
create slide shows and video postcards, or publish web galleries of their
media on the Internet. Also included is a full-featured version of Magic
Mouse Discus, a fun but powerful CD label printing program. Discus includes
hundreds of background graphics and clip art images that allow users to
create artistic CD labels and jewel case inserts and prints them on over 22
different brands of CD labeling paper.
