PIconServices is a library that gives you IconServices or its own
ref-counted equivalent. Now you can call functions such as :
GetPIcon(‘macs’,’help’,&myIcon);
PlotPIcon(&myRect,kAlignNone,kTransformNone,myIcon);
ReleasePIcon(myIcon);

These calls will now use IconServices if it is available and will
