Ziff Davis readies for bankruptcy
Ziff Davis Media, publishers of PC Magazine and the now defunct Yahoo! Internet Life, will file for bankruptcy by the end of the week, according to The New York Times (free subscription required). Sources say the company will restructure with bondholders receiving new equity in the form of bonds, cash and a percentage of the company.
