Autodesk to acquire Media 100 software
Autodesk, creators of Discreet, today announced that it will be acquiring Media 100‘s software line for US$16 million cash. The transaction includes the rights to the Cleaner family of products (Cleaner 5, Cleaner EZ, Cleaner Live, Charger and SuperCharger), CineStream, EventStream technology, EditDV, and IntroDV.
