A Reuters report on PCWorld today sheds some light on an industry fear that back-to-school sales of personal computers will be lower than usual this year. Apple CFO Fred Anderson is quoted in the story as saying, “Normally you do get a little bit of a seasonal bounce with back-to-school, but we think it is prudent not to count on that this year.”
