Apple has posted Mac OS X Server 10.1.1, as noted by VersionTracker, which brings 10.1.1 enhancements to Apple’s server-oriented operating system.

AOL UK has announced that it has ceased development on a version of its software for Mac OS X, according to The Register. The decision was caused by the existing beta Mac OS X version breaking with the release of Mac OS X 10.1, according to AOL UK sources. In addition, the company currently has no plans to release updated versions of the software for OS 8/9, as it focuses its development efforts on Windows.

MacSoft today announced that Survivor: The Interactive Game, a Mac version of the game based on CBS’ popular reality television series, has reached golden master status and will be available in December for US$19.99. The game lets players take the role of one of 32 Palau Tiga or Australian Outback cast members or create their own by choosing among ten Survivor skills that determine your role in the tribe.
