MacExpo, the three-day show that took place last week in London, is being hailed as a success, attracting 21,163 attendees, according to Macworld UK. The show represented the first UK event in more than three years that Apple attended. “MacExpo 2001 has been a highly successful gathering for the Macintosh community in the UK,” Mark Rogers, GM and Sales Director for Apple UK and Ireland, is quoted as having said.

Chaotic Software has released Clipboard Manager 1.0 for Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X, a new, US$20 shareware utility for managing multiple clipboards. Chaotic has also posted MP3 Rage 3.9.3, an update to its MP3 multitool that adds several new features and fixes, including the ability to add ID3 tags to an MP3 based on the name of the folder it is located in.
