MacExpo, the three-day show that took place last week in London, is being hailed as a success, attracting 21,163 attendees, according to Macworld UK. The show represented the first UK event in more than three years that Apple attended. “MacExpo 2001 has been a highly successful gathering for the Macintosh community in the UK,” Mark Rogers, GM and Sales Director for Apple UK and Ireland, is quoted as having said. Plans for MacExpo 2002 are already being drawn up, which will be held November 21-23, 2002 at the same venue.
