World Clock Deluxe for Mac OS X ticks to version 4.7.2

MaBaSoft (http://www.mabasoft.net) has updated its World Clock Deluxe time tool to version 4.7.2. Twenty-two cities in France and in the United Kingdom have been added to the World Clock Deluxe database.

Daylight-saving information for Egypt, the Gaza Strip, and the West Bank has been updated. And on Mac OS X 10.6, the lowest palette level is now Desktop icons so that the Clocks palette doesn’t stop receiving mouse clicks after the Finder is activated.

PING Golf announces trademark agreement with Apple

PING (http://www.ping.com) and its parent company, Karsten Manufacturing Corp., have entered into an agreement with Apple under which Apple will use the PING trademark in connection with Apple’s new social music discovery feature in iTunes.  Apple introduced the iTunes PING feature at Wednesday’s special event.

Founded in 1959, PING is a brand that holds more than 1,000 trademark registrations around the world, many related to golf equipment.
